man I can just imagine how scared you were in your daughters behalf...

you should lawyer up and take you and your daughter to a chiropractor and get checked out skeletal-wise, this is a huge huge huge mistake many people in car accidents fail to do thinking that they wernt hurt, usually just thankful they're alive....


I've got serious skeletal issues from a car accident i was in when i was 11 and thought everything was ok. now I have to go get adjusted twice a week
and it adds up.
i didnt know that their insurance could pay for that kind of thing.

who knows, it could take time but if you get legal protection that drivers insurance company could end up buying your new car for you free and clear.
