Good to see you made it through allright, but I bet you'll be wearing your seatbelt every day for the rest of your life now

I would just ask that you try to write with half decent English gramar.

Now, since the kid had no insurance, if he/she is still living with Mom and Dad, call your lawyer and sue the living daylights out of them.

Seriously. And make sure he/she was cited by the city for causing the accident (any rear end collision is automatically the faul of the person behind you, unless you had your car in reverse )

But really, you need to sue. And I'm not one for calling the lawyer every time someone steps on my grass if you catch my drift. But this is serious. THEY should be paying for your new car, not you or your insurance company...... and they should also fork over about $50k just for the aggrivation and possible severe injuries you might have sustained.

Check to see if they were using their cell phone, and check your local and state laws about that as well...... anything to get the punk and his/her parents in as much trouble you can, I would do it.

Well then I guess the next one wont last too long either. Cars get pretty messy when they hit things at 170 or more. I am a paramedic and we call that job security.

Seriously, that sucks!!

obviously no trouble with constipation??

Sorry for your loss. I can relate, last year a 20yo/ no DL or insurance hit my parked motorcycle destroying it and three others. Was angry for a long time. Let's just say she and her parents (Parents owned the car and let her drive it) will be paying for the mistake for a long time---I and my friends all have new bikes!!

I am a little curious on the 25 mph impact speed. Must have been more. I have seen a lot of accidents at speeds 40 and up that didn't do near as much damage. Even with the new fancy crumple zones in the new Camaro, something isn't quite right here. Hell, my mom and sister face planted a windshield at 25 mph and didn't even get hurt many years ago and the car bumper was the only thing damaged?
