seriously i wish people would just drop it with the whole "wing = rice" thing. if you don't like wings on your car that is perfectly fine, but please don't rag on the couple of us that do. we are entitled to our opinions too.

now that i've finished my mini-rant, i will state a simple fact: the high-wing spoiler is no more "rice" than the big dove-tail that a few of you were oogling at.
on a honda they both would be, but as lovecheese kindly pointed out, these aren't hondas. these cars are fully capable of handling their own, whether it be on the road, a dragstrip, or a track.
one final thing: with all the performance mods many of you are planning on doing, even a massive wing like the one on the C6.R above wouldn't be rice for the simple fact that they are functional. even though imo that would look like poo.

It's rice if it's not functional or it did not come stock. Most you see on the streets, are not functional. And ones that are, typically are only at very high speeds unless it came stock on a car suck as on the STi, Porsche, etc...

I don't care for the dovetail wings, I prefer a low/med rise that suits the car. Finding one that is available seems to be a chore.

I personally am not fond of the parakeet tail or the high wing spoiler. But to each his own..I went with the firebreather myself....

The main thing is I got my camaro to please me. If I want to "RICE" it out so be it I paid for it. Now anytime a critic wants to criticize my camaro, I ask them for next months payment, after that comes silence.
