can you trace these on to a known size of paper? and the take a picture of that full sheet of paper so i can print it out and make some?

I don take delivery on my car for a few more weeks and I would like to put these on before I leave the dealership.

Photo or scan with a ruler for reference would be great.

So I think you guys are saying you like the large size. Good idea tracing them.
I need to take mine half way off this weekend to install the 3M tape so I will just pull one off and trace it.

They looked like these and were this size, but I think they were the Highland brand.

I cut them along the raised/rough part to keep the thickest part of the flap. It makes it look more like the factory plastic. Then I sanded the cut edge with 220 grit in a palm sander and rounded the edge. After that I used 320 wet to hand sand the edge smooth. This makes it look black.

Here is another picture of the large ones on the car.

Thanks for the info, those will work great I made a template from the rear stock ZL1's that I bought and the dimensions are 10 1/4 x 17 1/2 inches. I made them about an inch taller for good measure. I'll see if I can tackle this project next weekend.

I left the dealership and went straight to autozone and just put on a set of plain ones. Then when I got home I cut a set and shaped them like the rear factory ones, but made them stick out and own further.

How far off the ground are they?

Is there another thread like this around? I could of swore I stumbled onto this before and seen someone had a .pdf file you could download for a template. I was gonna buy a set but might as well make a set for a fraction of the cost and have the satisfaction of doing it myself.

Yeah it was pretty simple. Wider is better protection wise. I was more concerned with aesthetics. Definitely not my daily driver.
