NPP is NOT standard on 1LE.
The spoilers and brakes LOOK like those on the 1LE.

These may be the new platypus camaro.

My guess is that these are pre production or production 1LEs that don't have the wheels installed or the hoods wrapped.

If they were going to test the 1LE's they would test them with the correct wheels and tires. Leaving off the front splitter, hood wrap, and other visual pieces won't change the way the car drives that's why some of the other CTF 1LE's looked like that. Haven't seen a CTF 1LE that didn't have the 1LE wheels yet.

Something that I don't think has been mentioned yet, those cars have window stickers on them. I would think whatever it is, it's ready for sale.

Its simple. Those are 1LE's. They haven't put the hood wrap on yet and if you remember the delay is with the wheels so they have a surplus of built cars waiting for the correct wheels to show up. Can't leave the cars on blocks. The splitter gets installed at dealer.

^ This is a 2013 1SS. See the new dual tips? Its how you can tell that it has the new exhaust "dump" on it. Not all the SS's will have that exhaust though. The rims are new on the SS this year. I just saw one at a Dealership here. But I do love the color
