Ok, so I went to order these from SummitRacing Keyed Alike. The first phone call, I talked to a guy that didn’t know what the H#!! I was talking about.
So I decided to call Gorilla and see if they could help. No such luck. Talked to a lady that told me they can key them alike but I would have to have them special ordered..daaaa. But she could not help. I called SummitRacing again and I talk to a different sales rep and he knew exactly what to do. I ordered and 7 days later they came in the mail...great!!...not great they did not come keyed the same. so I call Gorilla again, sense they came direct from them and the invoice stated to Key Alike, I figured they would help....Oh H$ll no! They said that I would have to get back with SummitRacing and tell them to fix it even tho the invoice from Summitracing said to Key Alike! Called Summitracing for the third time and got a really nice girl that was very helpful and sent me a UPS return label and said she would call me back today when she had talked Gorilla and fixed the problem (I'll let you all know how that goes).
I'm writing this to let you all know that if you want them Keyed Alike, Make sure they write it in Big letters and in more then one place on the invoice to KEY ALIKE.
An Gorilla has NO Customer Service at all. I just hope Summitracing comes thru.

Ordered Gorilla 71643N (20 keyed alike) from Discount Tire. 5 days later installed for $49.95 plus tax. They dealt with the Gorillas at Gorilla, not me.

Also, torqued to 140 Ft lbs. and retorqued after 100 miles or so. Found a couple that needed attention but overall seating in well. Terrific solution, terrific price, and terrific customer service.

Exclamation Cone Size

Just bought some McGard 24210's and didn't like them; the cone face is really short and the nut goes too far into the wheel. Only about 1/16 of an inch of the cone actually touches the wheel. Look at your original nuts and you'll see that ALL of the cone comes into contact with the wheel. The short cone of the McGard puts WAY TOO MUCH LOAD on the wheel and nut at 140 ft/lbs. BEWARE!!

Has anyone that's used the Gorilla nuts taken a look at the cone height vs. the stock nuts? Do the Gorillas look about the same? Hard to tell from the pics posted.

I actually think they look better. They don't stick out any further but are more narrow, giving a sleeker look IMO.

Excellent post. Thanks for the link, too. I just placed my own order with Amazon.

Don't want my polished 20's to get stolen when I visit by daughter at college in a couple of weeks.

I got the Gorilla Lock nuts & they match very well with the orig. nuts....

MAKE SURE you Torque them to 140 ft.lbs. (190Nm).....page 11-3 of the manual..... Can't some others read...

Some think 80 or 100 lbs. is OK but it is NOT !!

Got Gorilla locks at Discount tire for $16.95 and installed free. They match up nice with the factory lugs.
