Soooooooo sorry this happened to you but sooooo glad you are both okay. I hope that drunk driver gets whet's coming to him & is off the roads a long while (should be forever IMHO). I hope you get a new Camaro out if this or at least your car fixed to your complete satisfaction. Keep us posted.

The driver got sent to the drunk tank i don't l ow what happened after that. And the passenger got a public intoxication( however its spelt).

I'm glad someone else thinks the driver side tire is off

So I still haven't got an appraisal finally got a rental and after a lot of arguing with his insurance and trying to get me a rental that is all trashed out and saying they can't afford anything else. He stepped up and got me a 2013 dodge ram.

But that's not all so supposedly you have to be 25 or older to rent an SUV or truck so probably in 3 or 4 days they are sending me a different vehicle. Grr!

Talked to the body shop and they are saying $10626 of damage. Adjuster is coming hopefully this week and going to check it out.

Funny how the airbags can go off while driving\drifting etc... but didn't with this impact!

Reminds me of some drunk lady once hit and ran my brand new Mercedes I just bought for my wife. We went to dinner and went to get in after the valet brought it around and as we both approached the car, some drunk lady came around and smashed the entire drivers side and then tried to run. Luckily there was a ton of traffic so a bunch of us ran after her and just about yanked her out of the car. Tried to say she thought she hit the curb only! Why run then?
So our nice night ended driving 20 miles back home in the passenger seat of a tow truck!
