Sounds like the kids in the car were not ready for violence of action and the parking lot.

All double parking does is rewrite the lines of a parking lot temporarily.

I've seen a double parked vehicle get parked next to many times sometimes so tight the original owner couldn't get back into his car other times it just starts a chain of double parked cars.

I've done it once to my knowledge and it was to take a photo of my Camaro next to another lol.

I'm pretty sure the guy doing the shooting wasn't ready for prison sex either. Bet he feels great about "defending" his property now.

I assume you are referencing the Dunn case. If so there were many issues with his case and none of it had to do with protecting property. Dunn was a dumb arse instigating the situation. This is quite different then walking out to find someone vandalizing your car at night. Still even after he instigated it, the jury was hung on all of the murder charges including lesser charges of manslaughter and he was convicted of attempted murder... Probably because he kept firing after the kids tried to pull away.

No matter who's property you are on you are vandalizing. Its against the law.
I'm not condoning it or saying it's ok, just saying that you bring it on your self if you double park and shouldn't be surprised if something like that happens.

Two types... Those that double park and those that vandalize double parked cars... Both are d-bags and both are foolish.

lolololololololol

to the op: Vandalising is a bad thing, even if it comes off (can still be seen as vandalism)
to the double-parked guys: double parking is very much frowned upon unless its in no-mans land.

One of these can find yourself in court
The other can't, unless the owner has a problem with you and has your car towed off his property. which most likely won't happen unless the owner has a whole lot of complaints and even then he would just tell you to move.

What did we learn? Don't pull this on anyone YOU DONT KNOW.

In TX, it doesn't even have to be your own property to use deadly force. CHL classes are very informative.

PT145SS - is this Violence of action term something you have picked up over the years or were trained? Have you served? Were you SF, not that you have said you were, but the context in which you have used the term violence of action could confuse someone who has not served.
I did look up the term, but found mixed orgins. I would like to read the source you are using.

Maybe on the streets but I highly doubt it is illegal in the walmart parking lot.
