Brad....you are the man.

I must admit, when I first read this, I was a bit apprehensive. I had questions...reservations... And then I read your thread over on the vette forum. I'm like, if this guy has been around since 2005 on the vette forum doing this and offering these incentives for people and he's still around, he must be legit. And now I'm here to tell you... YEP! Brad is LEGIT! He came through saving me about $417 in rebates BEFORE tax. So I saved another $90ish in taxes alone with the entire $1417 (others have been taking advantage of this deal so he was down to only $1417 on the card....which I gladly took!!!)

Long story short, you paypal him the $$, he adds you to his card, once he gets your paypal he gives you the three pieces of info you'll need to make the transaction.

Easy? Yep...easy...

I contacted him on Saturday and I was on the card on Tuesday. This was SO totally worth it!

Thank you again, Brad!!!! It was MUCH appreciated!!!

is that front license plate holder drilled into the bumper or can it be easily removed?

They drilled the damn thing in there... I'm going to have to take it to my body and paint guy to get it fixed.

Probably going to wait a bit, though. I'm also going to have my body guy paint the hood insert flat black and the rear spoiler flat black. We'll see. Not sure yet...but...gotta make up my mind. But that bumper NEEDS to get fixed!!! It's in the !!!

I think is is wrong for you to sell your GM card points. You are abusing how and what the card is for. No one should give you any money to save themselves a few bucks.

You're allowed to have your opinion about the idea of selling points for $$ to save $$. It's not the only "rewards" program that people do this with. People/companies use credit cards that earn points... lots of points depending on the spending. Since GM decides to limit the points usage to $1,500 per vehicle (yes, it can differ slightly with other vehicles), what is a person to do with all those points? Let GM just keep those points or expire? There would be no reason to use their credit card. I'd assume this is done on less than 3% of their GM cards, as the rest are used in a manner that most people only earn a few hundred dollars in points toward their own future vehicle.

I saved $500 for doing nothing other than working with Brad to use his points. So have the other buyers in this and his Vette thread. I invested $1000 and received 33% ($500) for free. I got something out of it, and Brad got something for his accruing points. I'm sorry you think this is wrong, but it's reality.

Yep. Totally agree. this topic has been discussed earlier over on the forum and what it all boils down to is two people who want to help each other and it is totally within the rules set forth by the GM credit card company.if GM was not happy with people doing exactly what Brad was doing, they would change the rules and not allow it.obviously they know this type of thing goes on. If not something would have been done about this YEARS ago.

Had a GM Card for years and had been saving points for a new Tahoe. Wife did not like the new Tahoe and went with another vehicle. I have a little over $3,400 in the old style GM Card points that can be applied to the purchase of any new GM vehicle. Will sell for $2,000 via pay pal.
