1 7/8? Everything from the ebay store to their website states 2" - Even when I spoke to Ian on the phone he said 2".... are you sure on that one?

Yes the Top Speed Pro1 headers are 1 7/8. I also had to dent both headers to clear but I still ran 11.80 with just bolt Ons with these cheap headers.

how hard is the install, i have these headers and exhaust sitting in the garage waiting on nice weather, does the steering shaft have to be removed for install?

Not removed just remove the pinch bolt and slide up and out of the way

Hey guys new to the forum I have been looking at this setup and was wondering if you had to get o2 extensions if so how long and how many? Thanks

Any idea if the exhaust can be made to work with the stock npp mufflers ? I assume the pipes can be welded in place or have a shop make up a flange. I'd like to retain the use of the stock npp flaps to keep it quieter at idle and low rpm due too my neighbors are old :-)
Thanks Last edited by Mrbowtie26; 04-08-2015 at 03:31 AM. |

your going to need 2 12" extensions. I deleted the two rear o2 sensors and had them tuned out during my tune session.
They will not fit factory stuff, it is a 2" primary 3" full exhaust. you need a smaller exhaust to fit the factory NPP stuff. |

kind of a thread necro. Recently got the manzo headers/catback combo and installed it. i cannot for the life of me get the clamps to bite down tight and hold the catback in place, matter of fact they run out of travel first. Has anybody else had this happen?

If so, I recommend air tools. That is the only way I could get my slip fit headers to stop leaking. This is the unfortunate side effect to using high quality stainless for exhaust systems. It requires much more clamping force to get those pipes/clamps to bite down. Even with air tools, it is a bit of a battle between tightening it just enough to bite vs over-tightening enough to snap the bolts. Otherwise, you may need to look for different clamps. Good luck
