I just started reading this thread. I thought...no dang way this guy should be charged if he wasn't trying to use the car to pull people over. To me, his car is a scarecrow at best.

Glad to see I was correct in my speculation and there actually is a judge in liberal-azzed Massachusetts that actually knows how to interpret BS when he/she sees it.
