^ What he said. They are lying to you through their teeth right now, hoping that you will do nothing else and that they can delay you to where you give up in frustration. I work for a dealership, and I see the games that they play all of the time. The 'salesbug' has called you worse names to all of the other sales losers there.

Definitely get that bad review ready for yelp.

In that survey, anything less than a 100% positive review is considered a failure in Chevy's eyes. When I got my 1LE, they were unbelievably accommodating, and made it a point that they want to make sure I am 100% satisfied and that my review reflects it. They made this point several times.
I didn't work them over as a result, but because of a few inconvenience items, I got two full tanks, two full details, and a tire patched on their dime.
If you did your review and it was not 100% positive, as in, checking the best box for all questions, then you just lost your best bargaining chip.
All you would have had to do is tell them that you don't feel that you are getting the best treatment, or that you will not complete the review until you got your lojack installed, and your skirts installed at the originally agreed upon price. They would have been motivated.
But now, they may have failed you, but they think you failed them. That review you submitted can't be taken back, so they are no longer inclined to do anything for you.
