Right, I know it's not a 1LE and most Camaro guys know it's not a 1LE, but the average Joe on the street doesn't know that. Hence the comments I get a lot.

In 1991 the Toyota Tercel came out with a new body style that actually resembled a small Mercedes. I bought one for a DD. I removed all badges before I left the dealership. People were constantly asking me "What kind of car is that?"

My 2 standard answers were, "It's a generic." or "It's a red one."

Does Ford's mustang with the track option state it anywhere on the car? I have not seen any badges to say it does. Why, because it's still a freaking 5.0 but with a track option. The SS with 1LE option is just aSS with a track suspension, wrap and wheels nothing more. Glad we all feel so special about the options our cars have. Whoopty do!

Should have grabbed a picture, but yesterday i saw a summit white SS with the red SS badges on it, but it still had the black non bodied colored xm antenna. Did i care not really but it was a first for me

I hate when people say things just to say things without knowing what there talking about. Me putting 1le on my car is just my personal preference, and i do not think the ss 1le is a better car than the ss its also personal preference BUT since you dont know much about the 1le i will inform you.so i will not repeat what you already said i will only add what you left out ready, anti roll bar, beefier half shafts, zl1 wheel bearings, toe links, rear shock mounts, fuel pump, flat bottom steering wheel, 3.91 rear, front splitter, tr6060 transmission with a close ratio, a transmission cooler, strut tower brace and NOTHING MORE
