Anyone ever drive a new(this year) Impala? We have rental car, with the 3.9 six, it hauls pretty good! I almost forgot about the torque steer; you gotta love the fwd... If the 3.6 is any better than the 3.9, it WILL be a fun car. I like the interior of the Impala, much nicer than my 86 mustang anyway.

What's a little funny was that I was thinking the same thing about that video. If that is indeed the little '6 - OH MAN! That sounds awesome. The speculation continues to kill me.

I was in our local Pontiac dealer buying a part for my daughter's car when I spied a lovely red G8. It was fully loaded (I mean, everything) with the V6 and it was priced at the bottom of the sticker at $30,496. I thought that was pretty good. I hope the Camaro can match that as Pontiacs tend to be a little more expensive.
Just to add, the interior was fantastic. It was very high quality and no cheap plastic stuff anywhere. Hope the Camaro follows suit. Last edited by Fbodybuddy; 06-03-2008 at 08:07 PM. |
