With rubber bands, it's easy to do this! Hate those things! Funny to watch them try and fly without a rear end!

I read through some of the other threads over there as well. Cranky folks, very hormonal "that time of the month-esque" posts.

So what, they've only sold like a couple dozen 6th gens apparently. I've seen one, exactly one, in town and i thought it was a slicked up Hyundai Genesis at first. Not impressed.

Maybe they can get Bernie Sanders to drive one and then market it to the younger out of work generation as the next VW bug. Yeah, maybe a peace sign would improve the looks....

Couple of thoughts.

The 5 gen 1LE beat the 6 gen SS by .45 seconds?
On stock tires?

Why the need to go on a forum for the 6 gen Camaro and tell them how you feel their car is ugly and they paid to much?
And then talk about how they behave badly?
There are a lot of ugly 5 gen cars on this sight and lots that paid to much for them, why not hunt them down and let them know your opinion of their car ?
That said, I don't care for the looks of the 6 gen and it seems to be over priced.

LOL, just look at all the utterly hysterical threads over the G5 changes to tail lights and nose!

I've learned this from two years with a '14 vert and 420 RWHP:

1. I can only VERY rarely use the power I have now. Therefore, more will only go unused.
2. I have absolutely zero interest in any Camaro you can't lower the top.
3. I currently drive my Camaro only 4-5,000 mi/yr. Getting "more" Camaro than I have now (ZL1) really makes no sense financially.
4. I'm a NA snob. Posting "I don't like SC whine" in the C6 ZL1 thread was akin to rolling in a hand grenade.

Your username is Indy driver and you think to much power is a waste.

How often are you at 6000 rpm on the streets of Ontario?

The sentiment I was trying to express was unused power is a waste. I'll stand by that.

I use it more then you think....i like the wot pulls going on the highway on ramp...i do run it at the track and arm drop racing on a runway. Its dont always using it to the max. I like the fact its there when i want it. I think your right by calling it unused power.

I like the original Camaro. I absolutely hate every other Camaro that has existed before the Gen 5 came out.
The Gen 5 put the Camaro back on the Map, probably completely by accident, they just created a car that had styling cues that people liked.
The Gen 6 is diverging from that style and we're now back to "meh" at best.
It's just the way it goes.

To each his own, live and let live, it is just a car after all. I put a post over there, half serious, half playful and it generated such hate that the mod took it down. It was about the way auto writers are, not the car but wow.

Stopped into the local dealership to look at the 2016 today. There was a guy in the show room sitting in the car, so when I walked up with a salesperson the guy gets out and starts telling the sales guy everything wrong with the car. How is was nowhere near as good as the gen 5. The lines sucks, the lights are for soccer moms, the spooler looks like crap. Etc I like the gen 5 over the 6 for sure but this guy was a real douche. Seemed like he had no other objective then to come in and berate the staff over a vehicle they had no involvement in creating. So on behalf of all the normal Gen 5 folks I apologized.
