Kinda wish the SS was sold over here in Canada. Beautiful car!

I like the ss as a better overall car,but the camaro is downright sexy. Imo the ss is faster, handles better, and has more features. If I had to only pick one to keep it would be the camaro only because you can't drop the top on a ss

I have to agree, the Zeta II chassis is really good, to bad Chevy didn't use it the last couple years of the 5th Gen.

And it certainly doesn't handle better. Reminds me of the Bonneville we had that saved my daughters life though when she was punted over the median wall into oncoming traffic by some drunk. Bigger is better.

The SS is just as fast and probably edges out the l99. As far as handling goes, the SS does in fact handle better than the Camaro SS.

I'm sure it is a nice car, and I understand when we have a family you make some compromises. Shit, I drove station wagons for 20 years. The old family truckster. Camping with the tent, sleeping bags, etc. it was worth every weekend. And no, the SS doesn't handle like the Camaro. You have another think coming.

I've owned both, and you are way off and know nothing about a Chevy SS and how it drives and handles ... Try owning one before stating an opinion.

Yes i'd say my SS out handles my 10 Camaro SS all day. I bought it it for a fun daily driver that is still sporty and tight. Honestly I like it blends in too. Perfect sleeper car.
