Need's a bit or idle tuning as Bo said, not a big deal.... It was so windy at the track this weekend I don't have a good read on it back to back. Some runs were 2 mph off with my stage 2 TB because of the wind. So back to back with the stage 3 vs stage 2 was not a fair comparison giving the weather conditions.

Not really. Car ran with it on there and didnt slow it down compared to the stage II lol. 3rd round of testing isnt complete. Only the first 2 rounds are.
