Dodge is the only one doing it right now a days with Ford following behind. I rather have a new challenger or charger over the new camaro. They still look like a muscle car and styling has changed over the years, but they improved improved them. Rip camaro 6th gen. But who know maybe the Zl1 or z28 will look bad ass.

This will go down as the 5th gen refresh taillight dilemma of the 6th gen Camaro IMO. Personally I don't mind the taillights and I kind of like the hood, but the front end is a BIG TIME deal breaker. I'm interested to see what the ZL1 looks like.

ZL1 front end is not changing, only the rear. Just like 2014

Aside from Chrysler, having 10 model years is unrealistic these days. Everyone is redesigning after 5-6 years to stay competitive.

I would expect this refresh to only last 2-3 model years at most with a new 7th Generation in 2021-22

Same thing with the last few gens of Mustang - they all lasted at least 10 years. So why was GM in such a rush to mess up such a good thing? Was it because Mustang had just come out with a new 6th gen for '15 so they just figured they needed an all new gen for '16 to stay competitive?

Man...what a sad design. The bullit Mustang and GT are 10x better looking. They kept the muscle thing going on, with clear influence from 5th gen and they evolve from there. GM cleared the sheet on the 5th gen and got lost. The 6th gen before that was doing fine. We got used to it.

Now...I dont see how were gonna get used to this.

Sales are gonna go down for sure.

For the first time in my adult life I’d buy a Mustang or a Challenger over whatever the hell thats suppose to be

They slapped a damn truck face on a formerly good looking car, it’s awful

If GM keeps the ZL1 front end unchanged it will look better in that trim. The rear end is a decent improvement The RS looks ok imo. The SS looks bad....... really bad. I dont see it helping sales at all. Someone at GM should be fired.

I like the wheels and the 10 speed, not feeling the front. The LT front looks better than the SS lol...This brings a better appreciation for me on the current 6th gens. At this point I would only upgrade to a 17' zl1.

I don't like it. I bought my 2013 because I didn't like the 2014 refresh. I just started coming around to the 6th gen, but not this.

Why does GM think they need to copy terrible looking cars (FCA)? Why can't they have their own design and let others copy them? Like others have said, this front end refresh looks more like a charger and a bit like a mustang.
