Just got off the phone with the marketing director from Karl Chevy. Told him I was hoping for 10-15 camaros of all generations. He is going to have a meeting with Carl either today or monday and expects Carl to be excited about this opportunity. Long story short...its a "go" for the 28th of Aug. at Karl Chevy in Ankeny. Time TBD. As I get the details I will pass them along. Again, ALL generations are welcome. The only way to let people know about this event is word of mouth so get to tellin all your camaro buddies about it and lets make this a fun event for the whole family.

I have mentioned it to the secretary of the Mid Iowa Camaro Club. I will make a post on their forums tomorrow inviting anyone interested in our gathering.

After speaking with Karl Chevy again yesterday, I think it would be best to have it from 2-6. I plan on stopping by Old Chicago Pizza this afternoon to see if we can get enough room to hold us afterwards. May also see if we can get a group discount or something. Let me know what you guys think.

Hmmm, I got my Camaro from Karl. I guess Sue Ellen and I can make a visit on the 28th. I'm game. It will Sue's reunion with her old family.
