haha, that's from the layers, each side of the pinstripe was a new layer, the overlap wasn't the cleanest.

Here's a quick one with the pinstripe done in all one layer

Just a word about the swap you're talking about. Be careful that you upgrade everything accordingly. It's actually cheaper to just save up and start with the SS. Someone made a post called v6 to v8 swap where they asked how easy it would be to upgrade, and there's MUCH more to it than just engine/trans/brakes/ECM. You would need to drop in a whole new rear diff, etc. etc. It wouldn't be pretty.

The hockey sticks on the hennessey rendering do look cool, but the blue they use isn't IBM. It's a lighter blue that really catches the light. I'd venture to say it's wave blue, or ABM instead of IBM.

I like the concept synergy green with the black GFX kit on it. I just don't think that green is dark enough for me.

That's exactly why i decided on CGM on IBM

If that's the case, you are going to have CGM go up the nose to the pin stripe and then more CGM into the scoop. You'd need to paint the inside of the scoop so you dont' have a pin stripe floating around below that air scoop.

Personally, I'd bring the hood stripe down and into the scoop like mine. But hey...you know...hehe...gotta love the stripe over here. Just think it would look odd with a painted stripe that stops up top, but has the pin continue on breaking two of the same colors.


EDIT: And I LOVE moto's PS's....that 3rd one you were talking about looks really good!!!
