I was always told the color was only a corvette color until the 4th generation came out, probably bs. I know my 94 paint was called patriot red but i am pretty sure were talking about the same color.

I'm thinking of the bright canary yellow with the black stripes (a la Bumble bee).

Hugger Orange with white stripes would be my first reaction. It could quickly change to any number of combos once a real car is in front of my and I have the different colors to choose and order from.

My first Camaro, a 73 Type LT w/ the optional Z28 HiPo package came in a B-E-A-Utiful Green and Gold Metallic just like this 70 and a half Z...
I would LUV a 5th Gen in this color  Johnnie
