I saw a GTR at the track run a 10.7, obviously it had a lot of work done. A 2ft. tall asian kid was driving it. I am still yet to see what a stock GTR runs at the track but I think a Z06 would hang pretty well on the street. If the Z28 can beat a GTR I will buy one in a heartbeat. What a slap in the face will that be, a stock Camaro takes down Godzilla.

The ZR1 is still closer in price to the regular GTR. But regardless, the V-spec isn't that big of an improvement over the regular one. 40 hp and a bit of carbon fibre, for double the price. But that info is over a year old and I haven't really heard much about the car since. I thought the car would be out by now

I haven't heard anything about it either. I'm pretty certain it has only been released in Japan too. However, there is a V-Spec that has ran Nordschliefe: http://www.fastestlaps.com/track2.html

ZR1- 7:26.4
GT-R- 7:26.70
GT-R V-Spec- 7:34.46
It seems the car needed a driver mod, because I don't know how it was worse than the regular GT-R.

Other runs in the GTR have been in the ~7:40-7:45 range, this was after allegations of fudging the claimed time from Nissan. Additionally, the ZR1 has ran a 7:22 after it ran the 7:26.

The C7 isn't going to be the concept.
