Anyone know where to get a hold of the Vent Gauge Pod? It's not on LPE's homepage from what I have been able to see at least.. Had one in the Roush. Looks perfectly clean.
Thanks guys.. |

Both Cars should be deep into the 11's on a prepped track with a good driver. Can't wait to see them battle it out in better conditions.

Truth is there are a number of really good GM engine builders, and everyone has an opinion about who is the best. The one thing Lingenfelter has over all of them is a long tradition and impeccable reputation. For some of us this is worth the extra money. I can also tell you in the rare case things are'nt perfect they have been known to fly a technician out to address the issue at no cost. They are top notch for a reason. I say pick your poison drop a lot of cash and have fun!

The price of the Rouch is nuts...you can buy a GT500 for less new. And a one year old low milage GT500 can be had for $25,000 less and its got forged internals. I like the looks of my 08 GT500 vert much better than the Rouch GT anyhow, and even most Mustang guys agree on that one. Camaro vs Mustang is an individual thing. I do think the Camaro really looks great.
As was mentioned...when the Camaro and Mustang are side by side the size difference really shows. I'd give the Camaro the edge on looking better when those two are side by side. The front end of the Rouch looks cheap...and the rear of the 2010 looks ricer.

Stripes are cool, especially on cars that are dedicated track or fun cars. If the argument is that stripes on a daily driver are too racy, then tell that dumas to buy another car......

Does anyone read the article?? The engine package was $10995 for the 570hp package. The other $25K comes from shifter, axles, wheels, suspension, clutch, Brembo upgrade ($8K), etc. You can add it all up there from the beginning of the article. If you just put $35K into the engine you would have huge hp - but everything else would be broke

mustang is ugly from the rear...the camaro has such a better stance and looks like a real head turning muscle car...the symmetry in the mustang is non-existent...yuck
Thank God for the Camaro or i would have to choose between the mustang and the challenger...

I still dont get why people like the look of the shelby/roush/upper class (scoffs) mustangs, it looks like the regular ones after a crash test, hood all bumped up
