LOL! Absolutely incorrect. The Z06 motor is a 427 with stuff like titanium connecting rods, heads with titanium valves, dry sump oiling system, stainless headers, etc..

I'm looking at a new daily, I've driven the 2010 Mustang, Camaro, Challenger as well as 335i coupe.

The styling of the Camaro stands out the most for sure, but I do have to agree that the visibility blows. It also feels huge compared to the much more nimble Mustang. The SRT8 is like a luxury car, it's sooo smooth but it feels way slower and the handling is beyond sloppy. The Mustang has the best driving characteristics and interior, but it felt like a dog compared to the Camaro.

From what I understand, the 2012 Mustang GT will be getting another power bump, as well as a 450hp+ N/A "BOSS edition". With that in mind we can most definitely expect Chevy to up the Camaro, WHICH IS GOOD NEWS!!!!

As for this review, it may seem biased being a Camaro owner, but as someone who doesn't own any of these cars I see a lot of truth in what they're saying. I expect a lot of reviews to be similar.

Before we stop arguing and flaming each other. Let's at least give some tribute to the big 3.

Good job GM/Ford/Chrysler on making awesome muscle cars. Thank god that we can finally compare our camaro's to mustangs again. Well done Ford. Let's see Chevy's answer. My guess is suspension + gearing. If that's true, then I think the 2011 camaro will have the slight advantage, unless dodge does something crazy and introduce the new 6.4L hemi

Aggressive gearing + suspension tweak is all that is needed to give the 2011 Camaro the upper hand.

go REWATCH the M/T 2010 stang/camaro/r/t test!!!!!! its the same thing!!! except the interior grips about the SS. wich, most people and OWNERS complain about visibility.
2010 test the gt had the STD brake package while the SS had the brembos....but now the gt ALSO has brembos and yall cry foul. the gt in 2010 had 3.73s as does 2011....again, you cry. would it be fair for the stang to run the 3.31s vs youre 3.45s??? you have more gear...thats not fair! GIMME A BREAK! then you cry the gt is lighter BY LESS THAN 300LBS!! you have 70 MORE CUBES. wich is faster in the qtr? 300lbs added OR 70hp??? doesnt take a genius to know that 70hp would be faster( or does it in camaro land?)
the stang outhandled the camaro in the last test also, the braking before was ONLY 3 FEET BEHIND THE SS WITH STOCK BRAKES! now its 4 FEET BETTER with the SAME BREMBOS YOU HAVE. the M/T test for the 2010 gt was 13.5 vs the SS 13.0, NOT A 12.9 !! it slowed to a 13.1, oh my, they musta been sandbagging the SS to slow it a whooping .10!! these ridiculus posts (most) you guys make, are the reason why i love picking on youre camaros. ive owned em all, they are ALL great cars, but the excuses you camaro guys make are truely pathetic.

btw, if the camaro was ALWYAYS a better car, why they stop production for 8yrs??? oh yea...because nobody was buying them.

please tell me your joking because reading his post was akin to getting raped in the eye.... because my 300hp v8 is a full second quicker to 60 and in the 1/4 than the v6 camaro and is right on the heels of the v8.
