(possible) 3.9s to 60 = yes

Now just keep the weight below 3800lbs and the price (base) below 47K and you have me sold.

I highly doubt that will happen, Thus the z/28 will need more than 556hp or atleast it would be easier for gm to increase the HP a bit.

I still hoping for something more like the Motor Trend pic or TF2 BB car. I like those front ends plus the scoop on the hood.

Anyone who thinks this car is going to be under 50k is in for some disappointment IMO.

It just doesnt line up when looking at all the variables/competition/2SS price etc.

~53k is my guess.

I'm guessing right with you that it will be priced accordingly at somewhere between $52-55k. Originally months and months back I was hoping for mid to high 40s but that's not going to happen

I still like the idea of Hideaway Headlights. I would like to see it like that.

They were cool but I think would just cause problems as far as GM having to replace the motors for the lights to raise up and lower down. They're thinking of money up front with return down the road as well in people NOT needing warranty work. Just my opinion though because I did like the hideaway headlights on the older corvettes

Holy crap....
That thing looks amazing, and its pretty spot-on from what we know so far
Im gonna take a shot in the dark and call it at 580hp =P
And you can bet GM isnt gonna completely ignore the weight, most GM customers are talking about that even above horsepower so i bet they wouldnt let us down
plus with an SS Camaro that matches the GT500's weight, if they drop the weight a bit then the CTS-V's natural 550hp would be fine to beat out the GT500
But im gonna take my guess here and say it will be 580hp and will match the SS's weight, give or take 20 pounds or so at $48k
