Mantic or RXT are great clutches.

If I had a 5th gen, I would buy a white 1le, add AGP kit, fore or squash dual pump, meth kit, and a clutch and set it to ~720-750rwhp and beat the hell out of it. Put the rest towards axles, suspension, tires.

Well I'm just calculating my money and cost for set up. I was planning on getting the turbos around cam5fest but everything is gonna depend how I get hit with taxes this year. I Also need to sweet talk my wife into this kit. We'll see how that turns out.

I'm about halfway through reading this whole thread and the more I read the more I want this kit in my car. Really dont want to put a hole in my block though so gotta figure out if I want to save money a while longer to get some forged internals at the same time.

No need to do forged internals yet. Keep the boost low and keep the AFR in check.

Ok. Loaded question. Keep boost low to what (at Laramie elevation of 7,100 ft)?

Different people will have different opinions on that. I would say 12-13psi if you have the octane. Stock motors are good for ~750-800rwhp with a good tune/octane on a blower setup. Without a blower taking 50+hp to spin you can go up a bit higher with turbos.

With meth I would have no issue dialing in a car around 750rwhp and expecting it to live a long happy life, or if a custom wants to run high octane/torco. They can always turn it down for street driving when they don't have higher octane. If they wanted to push it then whatever boost to get to ~800rwhp and let it eat.

Just make sure you have the fuel system to support it.

I would have to go bug them but I think for a manual car (auto 40-50hp less)

950
1050
1300
1150
1300
1600

Those are rough estimates. Hell each 6667 is rated at 925hp by precision.
Spool time is way too setup dependent. Compression, cam, tuning, displacement, AR housings. A 440ci RHS 10.5 motor would spool any of them pretty damn quick, a 9:1 stock displacement would be a different story.

Yes, but at much higher pressure ratios than would be seen in most large V8 applications. That rating simply cannot safely be applied in the same way
On our V8's, we'd be pushing the far right side of the map most of the time, spinning the turbos much harder than a smaller capacity motor, which would be in a far more efficient part of the map

This kit is just simply amazing! Took me a day and a half while I wasn't busy at work to read this whole thread! I had one question on the kit, where is the feed oil from the turbos coming from seeing how the kit requires to drilling or cutting?

From the oil pressure switch behind the intake.
The adapter is included in the kit.

Is this the "cold air intake" option on agp's website for the turbo kit? And any pictures of the finished product? What is all required to cut or trim?
