ARRRGGHHHH. This poor kid can not win for anything, she is being rushed to UAB hospital because she woke up with her body covered in blisters. She went to the doctors here and she has shingles. Having cancer and shingles is a very very bad thing.

Kathie is taking her up ASAP and I am staying home with Zac and Jackie. Her Aunts and cousins are on flights coming in to see her talk at the Walk for Life Friday night but all that may be canceled for her part since she is very sick.

I really am getting mad at all the heartaches my little girl is having. What did she do to deserve this???

Do you think it could have been all the excitement? I know it's been a few days but I sure hope it's not too bad. She was so energized and in such good spirits the other day, I hate to hear this bro. Tell her we're all still praying for her.

i'm wishing her well man, she is a strong little girl that is for sure. i'm not a praying man but she will pull through! positive thinking helps ALOT more than anyone gives credit for.

She didn't do anything to deserve this. My hearts and prayers are with her now in my hopes she gets better from this. Just have faith that God's love is with her. Keep the faith even though it is hard during these times of struggle and heartache.

Scott, you are right, She didn't do anything to deserve this. There is no rhyme or reason why these things happen. I'm sure I'm telling you what you already know. The bottom line is, She can overcome all of it. Please forgive me if I sound harsh, it is not my intent. But I'd like to encourage you to remember that as long as there is life in her, as long as she breathes the air on this earth, as long as she is still with us, there is limitless hope for her to beat all of this. Again, I have no comprehension what this must be like. But, because of that, hopefully I can remind you that this is just a dip in a much longer road that ultimately leads to her recovery...

Again, I mean no offense or criticism. My intent is to only help encourage you.

Still hoping. Still praying for the very best.
