8/3 TPW Check In

Its actually here. I got to drive it and QC it and its absolutely perfect, not a defect I could find, oh and I used the checklist. I had to leave it with the dealer so they could take it to tint and detail in the morning. It showed up late on the truck this afternoon. Hang in there guys this car is bad A$$.

Mine arrived on the truck this afternoon a bit to late to get it all ready to go. My wife and I drove it, she took to the M6 right off. I left her with the baby sitter for the night so she could get her tint job in the AM. No picks today cause she needed a bath really bad but from what I saw she was in perfect shape. I used the QC check list and a flashlight and I found zero problems.

Did your dealer say anything when he saw you going over the car with a flashlight?

LOL, They knew ahead of time I was a Camaro5 pro and I was not going to be a ignorant car buyer. While I was waiting I gave the car salesmen a class on the car.

Just got mine today!! This car is AMAZING. IDK wtf people are saying about the clutch giving them problems stalling etc. Didn't have a bit of trouble. It is a bit springy but mine doesn't start to catch until 50% out or so, and its real smooth. I'll try to get some pics up tomorrow, rained a bit on us bringing it home :(

On the way home I was soo amazed at how many people was breaking their necks to see it. Was a great feeling.

just talked to my dealer...he thinks mine will be on a truck from the railyard tomorrow and if so it'd be in tomorrow afternoon...holding my breath...

Congrats on the new ride I hate to say it but, I did stall mine, once As I was leaving the dealership, it's a little up hill, foot on brake, let out clutch a little but, it grabed sooner then I though it would Anyway, get out there and turn some more heads ENJOY

Ok, well I have my car and it is sitting in my driveway right now due to my messy/smelly garage. I do not want to lose the new car smell cuz the trash just stinks up the whole garage. I am getting it cleaned out this sunday by professionals and sanitized just because(it's really not that bad, lolz). They did not have time to tint it so I said screw clean her up and give her to me, I can take it back to get tinted later with an appointment. I also did not bother with the stripes but they will either give me a free oil change or try and subsitute something else in place for it(the dealer gave them to me so they are free I cannot argue). They didn't even get all the paperwork processed haha, but I insisted I would not leave without my car. My dealer is so cool he said don't worry we have your info. only the bank needs to process it no biggy come back in tomorrow and we will finish the signing. But, in the end I HAVE MY CAR. I must say I made a great choice and also I found out that so far I am the only in San Antonio with CGM that has gray leather interior the rest are black leather. The gray/black 2 tone really gives the car an awsum feel. I stayed in my car for about an hour just in idle messing with all the feature. Amazing ride, with instant attention grabbing even before I pulled out. Thank god I got there right as they pulled it off the truck and I got to watch it get PDI'ed and dictate the total detail. Everyone understood completely where I was coming from. GM made me the happieset 22 year old young man in the world today, I litteraly teared infront of my dealer as we walked to the back to see it right as it got unloaded.
