Did the rear differential lube change with RP. No additive... nice and smooth, no chattering! Next up, Transmission filter and fluid change.

Put her new battery on the charger to top it off. Then install it.

Installing Hotchkis front and rear sway bars. Not gonna lie, it's a real bitch on the ZL1. Finally got the front finished, and getting ready to do the rear. Had to slide the intercooler pump out of the way, drop the RH toe rod off the knuckle and remove the stock bushings and brackets to get it out while jacking the knuckles up or down for clearance. The electric motor for the steering rack was constantly in the way too. I did not have to jack up the engine. The factory service manual was little help except for torque specs.
I'm sure the rear will be easier.

Yeah I got tired of the front one, the bushings were like welded on the bar, so I took out the 4 1/2" grinder and cut off one end lol.
Rear was easy peasy but after I got it almost on I noticed the bushings where swapped so I had to take it back off, and it was a B*tch since I done it with a Car Jack on dirt, it was a fun day.

Installed the rear Hotchkis and it was much easier. Took the car for a quick test to make sure there wasn't anything strange and WOW! This thing is on rails and I'm impressed. I did have to drop the rear NPP exhaust down enough to clear the bar and for wrenching, but it wasn't bad at all.

When I bought my car it had tons of mold on the inside, so after cleanup the filter was first thing I replaced, since then got a reusable sick dope K&N cabin filter, mostly so I can say car has a "k&n air filter" in it

Which NOCO did you buy, I've thought about grabbing one just to have around if needed. DO you like it?
