Titanium heat wrap to keep heat off the diff where the exhaust isn't ceramic coated. Pic before that is new bladder system that the differential blows into, then drains back into the diff.

I was a bit concerned when I heard of yours and the problems with some of the Vettes on the Corvette forum - made me start rethinking and researching. Thanks for info BTW
Glad to hear you like yours as much as I like mine.... Simply amazing feel...

Do the exhausts raise the differential temp enough on a stocker that it's a concern or is it just for the larger builds out there?

I've jumped on her pretty hard a few times... Still babying it for the most part...

There hasn't been any problems I'm aware of. A few road course guys have done it and mine was blowing oil out the vent tube - just figured it made sense to keep it cooler. The ZL1 has some sort of rear diff cooler too - haven't seen it yet. The LPW diff cover for the OEM diff... if I remember the name correctly, had problems blowing oil out too. They modified future covers and sent out baffle kits to fix the issue. Exhaust is pretty close, so again just seemed like additional insurance. If I had that portion ceramic coated I probably wouldn't have done it.
