Yeah it could.... I read somewhere that the big wigs on the nation are doing something as far as legalizing a certain amount you can have in your possession or something like that. I didn't read the full article. Headline caught my attention. Haha

Sorry guys SOA was on last night and missed all this hoopla, like Jaime said the crank is responsible for the longer stroke from a 3.622 to a 4.0 it will pull the piston down lower in the bore. But then you will need the custom "416" pistons that have the pins further up closer to the ring land (for a lack of better explanation) if it didn't then the piston would stick out of the hole a lot. But the rod length will stay the same at 6.122? iirc

You will notice that it's money well spent because now you can throw whatever you want at it with a piece of mind. If you guys don't want to stroke it these LsX cranks can take whatever you can throw at it.

That's some funny shit, I thought I was back at work or in my old neighborhood. Good explanation. I was hoping I could buy just the rods and pistons and build myself a stroker using the stock crank. Guess that's a no go!
