Still working on details. It will be pretty typical....meet & greet, short cruise, lunch, etc. The forecast is looking a little dubious, so going to keep the cruise pretty short. My car doesn't drive so good in the rain on drag radials and skinnies......

Meh. Just makes it more exciting is all.

Speaking of exciting, my 2017 is still on target for being built next week. This meet and greet might very well be the last for the ol' 2012 so be sure to take one last look, say your goodbyes, and remember her fondly.

Do we have Grant or anybody to pick up along the US 98 route way? Me and Kym are going and would meet if there was enough interest in running 98?

If we end up running solo to PCB from Pensacola we usually run the big highway (I-10).

Camarovan from Pensacola to Pier Park Dilards~ US 98 route
For those who will be taking the US 98 route from Pensacola to PCB for June's Meet and Greet, I have mapped out the route and possible landmarks and timing to catch up with Regina by 10:30 am CST. I plan on making a breakfast stop at McDonalds at the Santa Rosa Mall in Mary Esther for no more than a 25 minute stop. The other locations are along the US 98 route and at major roads that run north/south in case anybody wants to join in along the way.

~ Just let me know if you will be at any of these locations so that we can slow down and/or stop to pick you up ... otherwise we will keep on rolling. ~



7:00 am , Getting on I-10 at exit 5
7:25-7:30 , Gulf Breeze high school
7:55-8:00, Navarre Beach bridge park
8:20-8:45, * McDonalds at Santa Rosa Mall (SR393 Mary Esther cut-off road)
9:00, Gulfarium in Ft. Walton Beach
9:45, Tom Thumb store, Hwy 98 and SR 331
10:30 , arrive at Pier Park Dillard's

If there are not any "Camaros" for the Camarovan to Dillards then we will most likely take the Interstate route ( but no fun). Post up and let me know before I leave in the morning.

OK....lunch is finally set. It is tough to find a restaurant to accommodate 25-35 people during the summer on Panama City Beach. Most just said "we don't take reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate you." Oh well...their loss!

Seafood/burgers/etc. at Bayou on the Beach! See you guys tomorrow!!!
