I was under the impression that this sensor was only on the passenger seat, but when I was looking at a spare set of SS seats I have in my garage, turns out this sensor is on both front seats.

Also- FWIW, maureen @ Rodgers confirmed that 2010 airbags show up the same part number as the recaros

Well all you guys showing those recaro seats made me think I was really needing them so today I went to check about them. I gave the dealer the part numbers that are in this thread and he is telling me that the DS is no longer available and there is one PS left. The only way they are available now is in pieces.You cannot buy the seat complete for a ZL1. Somebody please tell me they are wrong. Someone who has a dealer friend have them check for sure so I can see if this guy really knows what is going on.

There is no way they can be out, maybe could be on back order. Pm the guy on post 713 he works at recaro, or call a different dealer.

Well that is what I would think also since they just became available but he called the GM warehouse and that is what they told him. I am going to pm the guy who works at recaro and see what he has to say. Thanks

I ordered a set a few weeks back, I was told the DS is on back order with no ETA... Dealer didn't say anything about production being stopped.

Get the plastic insert on the top of the seats to come out want to get them hydropainted please pm me or post thanks

Thanks we finally got the passenger seat done at first got the airbag issue my friend figured out the work around
