The new mustang just looks odd to me. They toned down the once great looking front end and they ruined the back end completely. The '08s looked nice indeed as did the '04s.

My Daughter's '04 in gunmetal gray was really nice.

Congrats on the sweet ride, my fiance and I are talking about getting one next year after the wedding.

I'd likely take over the Mustang and she would take the Challenger..go figure.

thats a nice car, my friend is getting one.. i think a grey one with black rims.... the new 5.0s are a big improvement from the older ones....

i dont understand why you would post this on a camaro forum though, sure its sick as hell but isnt there a mustang forum

Congrats on 5.0! I considered a Mustang when I was looking also, however, the redesigned rear end makes me want to up chuck. So that was a no go.

But everything else is nice about them!

I looked at the mustangs, I think they ruined the car with the rear end and unless your getting a roush plan on upgrading the wheels, IMO the rear end almost looks like a throwback to the mess they created with the capri's.
I am sure it will be quick though

It would be different if he was a long time member here and was recognized, but he just joined. Does seem odd to join a Camaro forum and say look at my new
5.0. Oh well. One thing about the look though, they are still putting those big honking lights in the middle of the grille. looks like crap. They used to have a pony package you could get for the V6, I would do that to the V8 if I had one.

I agree with most here. WTH did they mess up the rear end for? It makes it look even worse then last years model. Also agree the 08 was probably the best looking. Ford...always have to change stuff...I don't get it.

well I lurked this forum for a long time then joined a while back. But like I said i like them all and came in here every so often to get info on the Maro before making my decision on what to buy. I also considered the Challenger so go figure.. Great forum alot of knowledgable folks here. And yea though I'm already getting a little heat lol, I don't mind, I know there are others here who appreciate a nice, American made Muscle Car for what it is and not for it's brand name alone.
