i go to high school and all of the jealous pricks say im a ***** for having a v6 and not a manual and shit while they drive a dodge avenger and shit.. sorry my parents dont want to pay more in insurance then for the whole car.

ive gotten the... So you got the corvette engine huh.... i reply.. No its a camaro engine, if it was a corvette engine it would be in a corvette.... (even though its based off the corvette engine...)

My tire pressure was low. I drove to Firestone because their air machine has the gauge to say how many lbs I'm putting in - fantastic! On the way there, there's this pair of teenagers following me. When I stopped in front of Firestone they nearly hit me. One girl gets out - I swear there's something "off" about her - and says, "I love your car." The other proceeds to say, "It's such a pretty challenger." I pointed to the emblem - "Camaro". All I'm trying to do is add air to my tires - go away!

Guy in the beverage drive thru said, I like your sticker (refering to my Metallica ninja star on rear quarter window) He walked around the front of the car to get my beer and said, "Damn, I didn't even notice your bad ass car, they don't build em like they use to do they?"
I think he thought it was a first generation?

Oh, I let my wife take it to work, when she got off, there was a gathering around it, as she got closer some guy said, "it's her car" and pointed, the next guy said, "A f****** Bitch drives this?"
It got a little sketchy after that

The dumbest things I have ever heard about a Camaro have been said right here on this forum. "gas cap hook", "leaves and pine needles get stuck under the spoiler" , if I park it in the rain will it get wet? Come on people, it's a freakin car... yes a nice car, handles great, drives like a dream but........it's a chunk of metal that is going down in value everytime you obsess over it. if it's your first car and you are 16 ( really 16 and really have a maxed out 2SS) then okay i'll give you a break

For everybody else drive it and enjoy.

was at a gas station, just popped the cover and started fueling when a teenager came over and started looking over my car. this is the ensuing conversation:

him: wow, i don't think something this huge could run mid 12s
me: i've seen timeslips for it. granted, it takes a good driver with experience.
him: so how does it feel to spend 50k on a car that doesn't even run below a 12 second quarter mile?
me: i'm sure it feels better than having a little d*ck.
