Is the resort going to set up a car wash area, maybe around the back with a few garden hoses for those whe need to wash off road dirt?

Pretty sure most resorts have a wash area. With this many coming in though, they want a few more hoses!!!

Yes we will have a wash area on site see the arrows in the attached image.
As for the ladies that would be nice we actually looked at a local car wash "Baywash" to hire the girls but they wanted far to much $$$$$.
