dual catch cans would do it.
Once of the reasons I went with a 'vented' cc and oil filler cap. Some will say 'emissions?', and my answer is 'LSA kit on my car?' ;o) After all, the LSA is 'GM' right? Sometimes, blowers need to 'vent' ;o) You could use the 'vented' cap like I did for the 'clean' side. That is one option or, add 2 catch cans. If your passangers vent is still there, you can run it to the barb -- that is what I did. Note, I also 'opened up' the area where the oil cap was so I could use the new breather (on the LSA Conver) -- that is also an option... OR (gasp), don't use the LSA cover ;o) Just some ideas! -Don

Well, this weekend, I'm attempting to install the 'factory' ZL1 HX 'in front' of my Ron Davis to give me more capacity and cooling effect. I would rather have them 'top to bottom', but there is just not enough room -- so, back to back, and I'll move the Trans Cooler up a bit. We'll see how that goes!
Hopefully, there will be enough room for all of that -- won't know until I try it... Fingers crossed... -Don

Im thinking of going with a tee from both valve covers to the intake and maybe if I get a better catch can (elite maybe ?) Ill use my old generic one on that line going to the intake and put the elite on the dirty valley cover side. I wonder how much the valve cover ports will emmit oil... oh and not use the lsa engine cover !!!!! Are you nuts that thing is pretty sexy.

LOL -- yes. I'd 'T' it. If you have a good catch can on the dirty side, you should be good for now. I monitor mine and if I see it getting 'seepy' with oil, I may do a 'clean' side catch can.
I'm getting a second cover -- things are getting harder to find -- so I'll get a new one so I can run the 'normal' oil cap until I can get the '1LE' clean side -- want to see if it will fit with my 'cut out' beauty cover... -Don

I found the Metco breather was open/venting air out all the time and getting oil saturated, so I'm going to use the old oil filler cap and put a clean side Catch Can:
https://www.mishimoto.com/compact-ba...an-2-port.html I think this will be a better setup vs 2 'breather' types. The Mighty Mouse has a check valve so it only 'opens' when under boost -- not the metco -- its open all the time. Should have that in a week... -Don

Both will be good. If you have a catch can, that will be perfect. It takes a bit for oil to get in there.

Well, crap, the factory HX has a nick in one of the tubes -- experience has taught me, if there is a weak link, trouble will find it -- this one is too much of a risk. Not sure how that happened as I took it off and put it right in the Ron Davis box. Anyway, this little gaunt will have to wait...
Such is life... Darn, I'll just have to drive the car more now the way it is... ;o) -Don

While I was in there, I pulled one of the spark plugs to see how things looked. I compared it to a new one -- tip looks great, plug looks as if the tune is doing its job -- 12K miles on it so back in it went.
Prepping for Track day @ NCM -- looking forward to it! -Don

That one features 2 inlets. Sounds good instead of using the tee I think on the clean side. |
