I agree. Not all of our dealers keep us informed of changes and news on our cars. I also find this thread informative and helpful at times. You know the name of the thread so just keep your mouse away from it

People are looking to here to see if there is any update on the hold and we find the whining and complaining about GM it is about the hold status ficus on that stop whining and complaining. There are numerous postings that clearly go against what the title says. As a moderator you need to address that and not tell everyone else to move on. You attitude about this is very lax.

Let be far to the people that want to see an update and not a rant by someone the thinks GM is dragging their feet.

This whole thing is similar to what happened when i pre-ordered my 2010 coupe then again, and longer when my 2011 Vert was first release. Seem to be kind of normal ?

I'm here to keep people from getting out of control, not to moderate the subject of the discussion. As long as it's not offtopic, there's nothing wrong with the conversation. Like PQ said, when there is a real update, there'll be another thread created ont he topic.

I'm sorry but I'm not going to to delete the thread or the comments simply because you don't like them. There's nothign disrespectful in any of the latest ones I've read. (granted, I haven't read every post in here).

I believe what Milk 1027 is saying, if you start to read a post and it starts to sound like a complaint or whinning just move on to the next post.

I myself don't particularly care for the whinning stuff, but I have no idea what some of these people have gone through to get this car. It seems some have made loans only to have to renew the loan. And yeah people could say they shouldn't purchase it if they need to make a loan, but that's their prerogative like anyone else's to not make a loan.

So to keep the blood pressure down and not get irritated with reading what you don't want, just go to the next post and let those that need to vent...vent.
It does make for a better forum when you know there are others in your same situation.

I guess if you really want some updates, you could always check out the GM website, your dealer, Chevy website, or Camaro5.

With the lack of any new information, videos, pictures, updates, those of us with cars sitting in Oshawa are going to continue to dwell on the fact they are not in our garage. Human nature. I think GM has done the right thing by correcting the problem instead of sending them off with problems, however, doesn’t change the fact I still want mine now, and if not now, then a "brief" update on the status of the hold. Mine has been sitting outside all cold and lonely since January. We have nothing else to talk about, hence the strong appeal to this thread.
