Don't think you will see any C5 vendors set up down there especially with the inlet/convention center shows being pre 1980's car shows. Even with MDSpeed's meet I don't think they usually have anything set up there.

Its twin turbo. Car has been 9.6 running out of gear. We are changing gears an fuel system this week. Car should go low 9's once we turn the boost up

My brother with his 45th edition and myself with my Aqua Blue Camaro both with Tom Henry racing across the top of the windshield will be leaving Thursday about 9 am from Westminster our route will be 70 to 32 to 97/50. pick a spot and we will meet up.

I called a year or two ago...I want to say they wanted $4K for a 10'x10' booth in the inlet, and $8K for a 10'x20' (which is the minimum we need). Needless to say....we passed..especially since a lot of our customers don't even go down there.

I have my doubts the LS1Tech meet will happen. The 45th street plaza has been redeveloped and has a bunch of new restaurants and all in it. The owners were charging to park there most if last year unless you were eating at one of the places.

How did they charge you? I know that the guy that owns Taphouse and OC steamers was threatening to charge people last year. He doesn't own the land and just leases. The owner of the property also owns Sunsations and surely wouldn't hurt his business by charging for parking. I haven't been there since fall but will verify its a go Thursday afternoon.

We did not pay last year...I had prearranged it. It was kind of a mess. People showed up early for our show...but the owner didn't get that, and was trying to run them off to keep the lot empty for our show. He upset some people that way. Then after the show, they started running everyone off who was not eating there. That said, the developer, and the guy who manages the restaurant are partners. It's kind of a "I have the money and building, you know how to run a restaurant" thing. That area was supposed to be a big condo development, but the market fell through. Rather than let it sit vacent, they refurbished it, and did the restaurants. All last summer after cruising OC, they were charging to park in the lot unless you were eating there. I have no doubt if a large group of cars shows up they will run them out of town.

I want to meet some memebers while Im in Ocean City. I will be leaving DC after work on thursday. Staying till Sunday cause I have to drive to Ohio once I arrive to DC that day.
