No problems here, but those mirrors do interest me.

Still have some trouble with mine. I'm usually good but every once in a while it just isn't gonna happen.

Haha, yeah I parked forward with my truck once...never again. Rear wheels don't turn, fronts do. Which is why I never understand why everyone doesn't just back into parking spots.

I wasn't moving fast, the warning bells were chiming and the mirror showed my right fender/corner clear. My Suburban was easier to back in.

No offense, but obviously it wasn't clear. Frankly, nobody seems to be taught how to back up. I had a vague notion, until I drove for UPS. Then I was taught mirror position and driver's position.

When trying this sort of thing out like your driveway, it's helpful to have a spotter the first couple times until you get used to it.

My '07 Solstice GXP was stored in a one car garage that had about 7" to spare on each side of the car, every winter. I parked over to the right so I could get out.

If you think the rear view is bad on a Camaro, try a Solstice or a Sky on for size, with the top up. Ain't so hot with the top down! The humps on the rear deck made it like you were looking through a coal chute. I had to either back in, or back out. I chose to back out. After the second time, no sweat. Never used the rear view mirror to check my position. Only used it to make sure nobody was standing there. Side mirrors all the way. You just need some practice with a spotter telling you how close you're getting to things.

My SS is still a bit of a pain to park sometimes, but I have a 2015 Charger RT and not only is the backup camera on the 8 inch screen far superior and the side mirrors automatically point to the ground when the car is in reverse and return to former position when in drive or park. Very nice!
