send a email and find out,its not hard to do,they email you back the same day to let you know,or they did at least with me..
Plus it would be pretty silly to have a program like this just for the ZL1 and only give it to the first 2 yrs...

Waited until yesterday and I sent another e-mail asking to please check status. Spent an agonizing 33 minutes and 22 seconds today on the phone with an Asian lady with a heavy accent trying to explain what I originally requested in my first e-mail. She had no clue! At first she thought I was requesting some sort of discount coupon and suggested I contact the selling dealer. Then she thought I needed some sort of certificate for the DMV! After being put on hold several times she apologized for the delay in getting the certificate but said it would be another 2 to 3 weeks before I would receive it!!! After all I've been through to get my certificate and being told once that it was in the mail, I would think someone at Chevrolet would follow-up on this and FedEx it to me!!! I have a Suburban, Z71 Crew Cab, and Tahoe sitting in my driveway - C'mon Chevrolet!!!

Purchased mine last November and nothing yet. I've held off as Christmas and holidays can slow things up. Just sent my email in so hoping it comes soon.

No certificate yet; I've had problems with the Owner Center in requesting a certificate. I sent two email reminders and I phoned them as well.

Good to know, I thought I was waiting and waiting on the mailman. I thought it might be awhile since the Postal Union has strict working hours rules. Something like work one hour, take two hours off, and then a quick thirty minute break. Then again that may be all govt jobs. |

Pissed off!
Somehow I managed to skip Pg.2 with the explanation that those of us in Canada get F'd over regarding the certificate because apparently our $60K+ doesn't count as much so we can't have one.
Pissed.

So I get this back today....and its been about 4wks...
"Dear Brad, Thank you for contacting Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center. We are sorry to hear that until now you havent received the ZL1 Certificate for your 2014 Chevrolet Corvette. " OK........... I am pretty sure my name is not Brad because my original email says Bob. The GM company does not make a ZL1 Corvette, although I could be wrong here. Here is where the GM Support person that frequents this forum is supposed to jump-in, ask what can we do for you on this super simple matter.
