Well I was holding out to see what the 6th gen would look like, but then this incentive came along and unfortunately I found one that was right up my alley.

So after three years of being Camaro-less (previously had a 1LT SIM/AT), I am back and the proud owner of a Red Rock Metallic 2SS/RS/MT/NPP. $33,400+TTL too good of a deal to pass up.

No matter what the 6th gen looks like, I'm going be extremely happy with this for years to come (or at least until I can justify putting a Stingray in my garage).

Looking forward to getting the Mod bug all over again!

Sorry for the late response, but all 3 2015's that I knew of in those areas were either sold on Sat and today, but i'm not sure about the 2014's. But also try a search for '14's & 15's with Gulfport, MS zipcode 39502, Slidell, La 70458 and Baton Rouge 70801. Good Luck

What was your MSRP for this car? I'm in a similar position... Kind of stumbled onto this offer, found a 2SS / RS / MT / NPP in crystal red tintcoat for $33k advertised with MSRP of $42k... Seems like a great deal, especially considering my 2010 Synergy is nearing 100k miles and will be looking at a new clutch, brakes and tires all within the next year

No worries. I have tons of zip codes to search. There are some nice cars left in those zip codes but no 1LEs.
Thanks

The MSRP was $41,835.

It was kind of a no brainer for me. I don't pay that close of attention to dealer incentives, but I couldn't recall seeing crazy discounts like this in the past.

I get to drive this beast and not feel guilty about the expense?? Sign me up!!

Man, I'm sooo tempted. The only real problem is that my car's bluebook is basically the same as what I owe... so I probably don't quite have the equity in to make it worth the trade

I picked up a 2014 SS2 Manual Convertible with Nav and the Spring package for my wife last night that was 20% off. The dealer wasn't going to move on the price beyond the 20% off. No trade and financed thru a local bank at a super low interest rate.

Super happy with the car and love the white and navy combo. Another dealer had the same car but his had dual mode exhaust and no Nav. I would have preferred the other car but it didn't qualify for the 20% and we were thousands off in terms of price. He knew the other car was a twin but couldn't match the 20% off.

We're more than happy with the deal.

I hear you. The balance on my trade-in was slightly upside down, but it wasn't enough to offset the discount on the Camaro (I covered the difference out of pocket in addition to my down) since the 20% off was so substantial.

Got to do what feels rights for you and your wallet...

In 2008 when everything was going to hell in a hand basket, there were quite a few good dealer rebates.... I got 25% off(including my cc points) and I am really pleased as well.

It made sense for me to trade my car in, as I was offered what I paid for it (minus taxes and registration fees etc) Also the selling price on CL was lower than what I was offered to trade in.
