You cant even use the new DLC Guys online. I downloaded rain last night and can only use him offline...

I only downloaded rain. and oh you can play him online. Only if the person your playing has him. I don't like him. his moves are lame. Don't get me wrong some people are good with him but he don't fit into my playing style
