This is with about 17 deg total advance at WOT. Which BTW is the same advance I was running with 93 octane and 15 psi boost. I can run significantly more timing now with my cam which lowers the dynamic compression ratio.
Great discussion Bryan

My car is an Auto, at 540 RWHP it went 11.66 122 on stock tires with the JRE 75 RWHP Kit on a 80 degree day at 4450 lbs with my big ass in the seat.

It carries the power to the stripe because IAT are stable, this is 3 hot laps in a row with only cool down the length of the return road, I was able to turn off the return road right in to the burnout box and run this number.

Just because you can run more boost does not mean you are going to be faster.

You need to be able to carry the dyno numbers (collected in 4-6 seconds) to the finish line (which is double that time) because as heat builds over time power diminishes.

You confirmed what I said, the CTSV needs a 1 step larger Crank pulley to achieve the same power a the ZL-1 does.

Please share your power and times with each set up.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

Ted.

.. Id850 injectors
.. Ati superdamper
.. 10 percent crank pulley
.. RotoFab intake
.. Arp bolt
.. Correct belt
.. and an awesome customer tune on the dyno from Ted..

It's Jannetty's (JRE) 75 rwhp TUNE package and I just added injectors to the mix and a custom dyno tune.

I thought it time to Revisit and refine our current ZL-1 packages so My ZL-1 is back on the dyno for some testing of different combinations of parts to see how they perform and what else we can learn from it.

The JRE 75 RWHP and 125 RWHP Packages are very popular so this is where my primary focus will be for now.

As I gather data and refine the tuning I will be posting the results.

I will not be posting any glory numbers, only numbers that can be consistently repeated at least 3 times in a row.

I am more interested in what can be expected in the real world on the street and on the track.

Stay tuned with JRE.

Ted, I thought you didn't take AFR reading through the tailpipe(shows in the first post)?

Your correct that picture was before I installed the headers all readings are now from the header.

I have a very good tail pipe sensor and do use it in cases where we can't get a wide band bung in the exhaust or customer chooses this option because they don't want us to drill the exhaust.

It is accurate but has a lag in the readings.

Now if one were road racing the two different pulley combinations, I would go with the 10% setup because of cooling concerns.
If one does not visit the road course very often and mainly drives around town and occasional spirited cruises or stop light to stop light fun with friends would you go with 10 or 18% and headers?

Now this is me personally. I just got a package done at jannetty's, did the 10 percent , no headers cause I really don't want the added volume as of right now.
I basically use my car for the same thing you seem to... it's my summer fun car. Now I did just get my stuff done but at 587 rwhp I'm more then happy...
For now anyways! 😃
