Bump this up! Hoping to tackle this sometime this winter before car show season starts here in Seattle.
Seems best route is to go through Gen5DIY. My question is, why does the price jump so drastically from $215 to $500 adding the heat shield on their site? That is before even buying the diffuser somewhere. What am I missing. 2010 2SS here - already have the NPP "diffuser", but it catches so much air in it, it's starting to bow in the middle..

Anybody looking to order the zl1 rear diffuser this was by far the cheapest because shipping was less than $20 for me (compared to $100+ everywhere else) just got mine delivered and its good to go
