Mine made it through it's first winter in Oregon just fine. I never use car washes so who knows whether it would leak there. As long as the rain is kept out I'm happy.

my 2010 camaro window leaks and squeaks

my 2010 camaro window leaks and squeaks. the leak is from mid car to passenger and water runs down the inside of the windshield when temperature is low and on bad ran days. I took it to the dealer on a warm day (my bad) and it did not leak (as they claim). they said they have never heard of the issue and bring it back when it leaks again.

if the car is wet and you open the door, when the window slides down a little to aid in the opening/closing pressure inside your car, the force of the window opening and the door opening will toss some liquid inside your car. i've seen water on my leather seats a few times from this, but inspected it closely enough to tell that it is not the fault of anything, just the force of opening the door. is that perhaps what you are experiencing?

had a leak in my old 4th gen and i would park it outside the apartment complex on a rainy night, the next day it would have 6-8 inches of standing water inside it. it would take days to dry out. i'd run a water hose over it for hours and not a single drop would get in. next time it rained, 6-8 inches of standing water again. eventually i decided it was the weatherstrip so i replaced it. nope, didn't change a thing. to this day that was the most baffling vehicular problem i've ever had. i hope you figure yours out.

2010mark, sorry to hear about the issues you're having. I hope you're able to duplicate this issue for you dealer. Let me know if you need any help getting this taken care of.

Drivers side window leaks on the side in a high pressure touch less wash. I hold a towel up to it when going through. Have you noticed that when you shut the door it automaticly goes up just q bit. This is suppose to seal it..shouldn't leak. I also have sqealing brakes now. Best worst car I have ever owned. Lol.

My 2010 has been going in since December of 2011 and so far a new seal, striker plate adjustment, "could not duplicate customer concern" and now replacing the water barrier inside the door itself and it still leaks...so far they really do not know what the problem really is and are just replacing random stuff just to see if it works. It has been in four times for this alone, the leak isn't quite as bad but during a heavy rain or car wash, and really just holding a water hose up to the door area it still leaks slowly.
