I have an SS/RS and because I didn't want to pay the extra 450+ dollars they were going to charge me for the polished silver wheels my car came with the midnight silver wheels. My car has the red SS badges that come standard with the RS package. If you order the LT with the RS package they come with red LT badges. Don't quote me on my LT statement as I'm not 100 percent

Even with headers/exhaust/intake my 2LT/RS doesnt sound like a V8, it just isnt meant to. It sounds awesome as hell, but not like a rumbling beasty V8 does... In my opinon the guy is a tool, my roomate has a 2005 v8 standard mustang and put all the shelby fittings on it to be a poser, I call that tool as well...

Lot of the LT and LS guys remove their emblems completely to mask the fact they have a lower model (though most people who know, KNOW), but that is compeltely acceptable, compared to making an ass of yourself when you embarass your car.

dunno, doesn't bother me...still a Camaro, right? Besides it's his/her ride/$$$. If the person added a high wing spoiler, then it'd be called rice?: Diehards know better...

I'm going home right now to put a SRT8 in the front, 5.0 on the sides and Shelby GT500 on the back.

Correct only 1LT/RS and 2LT/RS cars will get the Red "RS" badges.

I find the whole topic interesting. I get the sleeper element but branding an LT or an LS as SS just confuses me. The people who would understand what the SS means will be the same people who know how to tell the difference between the V6 and V8 without looking at the badging.
