The 370z has a 3.7L v6 outputting 322hp and 269 lb ft of torque.
The 3.6L V-6 DI VVT outputs 300hp and 273lb ft of torque. Not all that much difference and the Camaro gets better gas mileage despite weighing significantly more.

Look at the price. The 370z is right around the same price as the SS.

is the 370z NA? if not then the point is pretty much useless.

to alot of muscle car guys yes, the fact that the camaro can go through the twisties quite well too is a bonus.

Yes it is but it has an extra liter of displacement which explains the slight bump in performance.
