Yeah Piedmont runs Test and Tune if its 40 degrees and above if the weather is clear. Not here in NoVa/MD area.

FYI all Virginia, MD, NC peeps. There is a monthly cars and coffee meet-up down in VA beach would anybody be willing to start that up in Richmond? Like on a saturday morning getting together for coffee, looking at cars and stuff then being done sometime around noon?
