Auto's are the king transmissions in drag racing, They typically come with steep 1st gear ratio's and are just geared better throughout 1 to 5. Stall upgrades and final gear ratio's can easily be done... Road Racing? No.. Drag Racing? 9 times outta 10 an auto driver can beat a manual using one tenth skill...
Edit: Auto's are so bad ass in drag racing that the NHRA has made it illegal to run them below Outlaw (I think under 10 seconds) |
